Set up a Microsoft 365, Exchange, or Outlook .com email on the Samsung Email app

Follow step  by step instructions below to set up Office 365, or outlook account on Samsung Email app.

How to set up a Microsoft 365, Exchange, or Outlook .com email on the Samsung Email app      

      A.     Make sure your Gmail app is updated to the latest version:

                    i.            Open Google Play Store on your device.

                  ii.            Search “Gmail”, if the update button is available then click on Update. If not, then your app is up to date.

Let’s Begin:

      1.     Open the Samsung Email app. Now go to Settings > Add account.

 

      2.     Enter your email address and password and click Next.

 

      3.     If select account type pops up then, choose Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync to sync contacts and calendars.

 

      4.     Click Yes to confirm the settings and permissions.

 

      5.     If you have two-step verification on, you will verify the identify with your chosen method.

 

      6.      Go to your Inbox now. If there is an email with “Action Required to Sync Email”, Open that email and click Use another Mail app instead.
